He starts to make a lot of biscuits! He also likes to sit in his foster’s lap for attention. Toby is perfect for someone looking for a calm and lazy cat. He is good with other cats and dogs as long as they have similar energy levels. He lives with other cats and two large dogs in his foster home with no issues.
