Toby

Toby is a rambunctious young adult cat that was taken in from a stray/feral community in Utica. What he lacks in a desire for cuddles he more than makes up for in personality. He loves noisy toys like jingle balls and squeaky mice, goes crazy for wand toys, and is always down for a good round of chase-and-wrestle with his foster siblings. While not the most affectionate, he does accept scritches from time to time, and will tolerate being held if treats are involved. In the right environment, we're sure that he will come to be more open to being handled and might even try to snuggle! Toby's only major fault is his food insecurity, leftover from his days as a stray. He can and will try to eat any food that is left out, and gobbles up his food faster than you can put it down. With time and training we are sure that this will wane. More than anything, Toby needs an owner that is patient, empathetic, and understanding. He also would do better in a home with another established, social cat as opposed to being a single cat, as he himself is very social and has a lot of energy. Toby is 3-5 Years Old, Harlequin Black and White Domestic Shorthair. Toby has a clean bill of health, he has been established at Paris Hill Cat Hospital. He is now fully vetted, neutered and up to date on all his vaccinations.
