Being that Tobin was found as a stray, he is still adjusting to an indoor life, and the idea of humans, so he would do best with a quiet home who will show him the most love they have! .
Tobin more than likely will not become a lap cat but may come to tolerate sitting near his person. He would prefer a home where he live out his life and enjoy the company of other cats.
