Tippy- in Foster

Tippy comes off as being shy until she gets warmed up to you. Then she wants to play! Her favorite thing in the world is to chase a string. She will play until she cannot go anymore. Her coat is soft, and she loves to be petted and loved on. Tippy is not a big fan of being picked up and held, but if you sit down she will come to you and climb on you. She is not a big talker, but every now and then will let out a small meow. She likes to climb and hide in boxes. She also has what looks likes wings folded on her back. You will have to give her time to get you know you, but then she will love you. She is currently living in her foster home, which is just a few minutes from the shelter. Madison Oglethorpe Animal Shelter is a non-profit shelter serving over 720 square miles. We are open intake, meaning we can not turn away animals from either county we serve. Our shelter intakes double or triple it's capacity every month so it is essential we place animals quickly into adoptive homes. Since so many animals enter the shelter we often don't have enough volunteers to write an individual bio for each. Viewing and adoption hours at our shelter are Wednesday through Sunday from 12 PM to 5 PM. All adoption fees include age-appropriate vaccinations, flea treatment, deworming, and spay or neuter, microchip, and adoption packet. Fees: Dogs over 6 months old: $100 Puppies under 6 months: $200.
