These animals are not located in any of the Society's physical locations. As this is a Home-to-Home animal you are not required to fill out an Anti-Cruelty Society adoption application form. *** Tego was raised in Puerto Rico! He loves water and finds faucets fascinating. He is active and energetic at night and in the mornings but spends the afternoons sleeping and cuddling. For example, he lets his claws get clipped without a fight when napping. He is happy to sit on someone's lap while they are working and sleep with them at night. When he is in an energetic mood, he does have a tendency to get excited and nip while playing, but if you disengage, he calms down. He has had limited exposure to other animals prior to two weeks ago. Now he lives with a female cat who has lived in the apartment for several years. There were small spats with the cat when he first moved in with her, but now they have their own space, and they mostly leave each other alone. Tego has not been exposed to children. He has had no health issues in the past and is not taking any medication. He eats both wet and dry food, but mostly dry. He has been fixed and is up to date on all shots. Tego's original owner is moving to Korea and cannot take him with her. His new owner has moved in with a significant other who is allergic to cats, so we are looking to find a new home.
