Taters

Potato, Patato, Taters! This guy is slowly but surely coming around. He came to us soo scared and is taking is own time learning to trust humans again. He was likely left behind at a young age and did not experience much hands on touch or attention. He is a very quiet cat, usually hanging out inside his cat tree- however he does come out at night when things are very calm and likes to watch and interact with the other foster kittens and young cat in his current home. He will come near you and sit, maybe give you a curious look but does not want to be held or pet. YET!! We do believe that he will continue to become more friendly BUT he needs a cat savvy home and an understanding that he may never be a cuddly cat. He will do best in a home with another cat to help boost his confidence. UPDATE!! Taters was neutered and has totally made a turn around!! He like pets now! He really enjoys the company of his foster mate Angel! WE DO NOT WANT TO ADOPT HIM TO AN OUTDOOR ONLY HOME. We want the best for him and his safety is a top priority. He uses a litter box, eats his wet and dry food, enjoys catnip, naps... you almost forget about him because he is so quiet and good! Most importantly we want to find him a home that has the patience to continue working with him. Our volunteers see him twice daily but he needs more interaction and a dedicated human.
