Harper was rescued as a young kitten by one of the shelter's volunteers. He was fostered at her home for a few months before coming to the shelter. Harper has the same dark tabby look and large size as a few of our other cats. Harper is timid but his foster mother tells us how sweet he was when being fostered. We expect him to come out of his shell once he is adopted.
