Our adoption application can be found at the bottom of this pet's bio. Once your application has been approved we can arrange a virtual meet and greet with you and Sweet Pea. Sweet Pea is currently in a foster home in Houston, TX and is eligible to transport to an adopter as soon as one is lined up. Meet Sweet Pea! Sweet Pea is a 1 year old, female, domestic short hair cat. SweetPea currently weighs about 7 pounds. Sweet Pea was found hanging out around a local coffee shop with 2 other adult cats and 6 kittens. Neighbors near by were feeding everyone, but a hurricane was coming into Houston and we knew we needed to get them off the streets when we found them. Sweet Pea is fully vaccinated, microchipped, spayed and ready to find a family to love and cherish her forever! Sweet Pea currently lives in a home with other dogs, but she is kept in a separate area from them. She keeps away from them and minds her business. If the dogs come close, she'll hiss and run away. Sweet Pea currently lives with 2 other adult cats and 4 kittens and gets along with everyone! While Sweet Pea has not been around kids, she's so friendly and affectionate that we do not have any concerns about her and children. Sweet Pea is not declawed, is indoor only and is litterbox trained. Here's a small blurb about Sweet Pea from her current foster mom: Sweetpea is a real sweetie pie, hence her name! She was rescued from the streets along with her kittens and she's been trusting from the start. Sweetpea loves to be petted and plays with her scratch pad and likes to bat at toys. She enjoys taking naps on her cat tree next to the window. Sweetpea is very curious and likes to sunbathe (from inside) on the highest platform she can find.
