He doesnt enjoy being pet & being picked up - but he is always in the same room. My mother has woken up in the middle of the night & hes sleeping next to her. As soon as he realizes shes awake, hell jump down. Hes very social with the other cats, will lay next to them on the cat beds or blankets. He will chirp at you when hes hungry & wants to be fed. If youre in the bedroom watching TV, hes always somewhere in there laying down. You can sit next to him on the couch or bed - but he doesnt want you to acknowledge that you know hes there. Hed be great as a companion to another laid back cat
