World meet little Sparky!!!! A fitting name for a little ball of fur that had a great little personality. And he is up for Pre-adoption. He will be 4 weeks old on July 30th. He is just so sweet with his fluffy kitten hair and gorgeous little face. He will be neutered, microchipped, vaccinated and tested before he is adopted out and has already gone through one round of deworming. If you cannot resist his sweet face you can preadopt him now. You can watch him grow into that perfect baby and bond with him while he is still so young.
