Skittles

Hi, I'm Skittles! I was found as a stray in Dublin, CA and taken to the East Bay Shelter. I'm a beautiful and colorful calico girl with adorably crossed eyes. My purrsonality is confident, friendly, cuddly and chatty. I have no fear and I don't waste time by hiding when I'm in a new environment. When I arrived in my foster home, I immediately came out of my carrier and explored everywhere and made myself at home. I also bond with my humans quickly - the first night in my foster home I was already sleeping with my foster human, snuggling up in her arms, burying my face in her neck, and purring loudly. I have a lot of love to give to my humans! I am low-maintenance, laid-back and chill. My crazy kitten days are behind me and nowadays I spend my time sleeping the day away, getting pets from my humans and enjoying a good conversation with them from time to time. Yes, I'm a chatty girl, and sometimes I have a lot to say! I like to drink water from the cat water fountain, and what's even better is water straight from the faucet. If you turn on the faucet, I'll help myself to a good drink from it! I guess you can say it's a quirk of mine. I'm happy to be your one and only cat or to be your cat's furiend. I'm very chill and accepting of other cats, as long as they're laid-back like me and don't try to initiate roughhousing or anything wild and crazy. I've met other cats while in foster and am always very easy-going with them. I'm adorable, confident and sweet - can I call you my forever human?
