Simon Says he has a lot to talk about! He was trapped I December of 2022, he had a dry rotted flea collar on, many ticks on him and quite hungry! He is just a sweet pea, tells you when he isn't disgruntled about something, tells you all about life when he's in a car, tells you when his bowl is half way empty lol!
