Scrabble came to us on 6/29/2024 as a very frightened little barn cat. Although his life was about to get awesome, he did not feel awesome about it at first. However, in a few short weeks, he really began to trust and accept love. His foster sister Checkers really helped him come out of his shell and learn all about, toys, treats, wet food, and snuggles. Now he thinks these are all great! He still tends to be on the shy side, but is such a good boy for vet visits, nail trims, accepting pets. He gets more trusting everyday and will do best with someone with a quiet home and patience to continue to help him blossom. He definitely loves to play and has seemed to flourish with a kitty friend. His foster sister Checkers would make a great pairing for him and anyone considering adopting two.
