Scout is a 6 year old female who was surrendered to us when her family said their allergies developed. Scout came in angry and confused, finding herself alone at the shelter was too much for her. After some patient TLC, she has adjusted somewhat and is now more comfortable in her communal room. Scout is still quite wary and will keep herself tucked away from people for the most part, but when it is quiet and she feels confident she will accept some pets.
