Schmeekle is a 10 month old, happy, playful and adventurous kitten! A couple months ago he suffered a trauma to his left eye resulting in a scar and subsequently severe posterior synechia (adhesion of the iris to the lens). This condition carries with it the risk of development of post-traumatic intraocular sarcoma. His eye was removed and the biopsy was negative for cancer-yay! Therefore, Schmeekle will live a long and healthy life. He has been raised with dogs and cats. He will need to be indoors only.
