SANCTUARY HOME WANTED: Ivory bk

Ivory is one quirky girl. She will let you pet her and give her love one minute, and the next minute she acts like she's never seen you before in her life! She was taken in as a pregnant feral at 6 months of age, and has since learned to live indoors and interact with other kitties and some people. Ivory has a large condo that is her "safe space" where she prefers to eat and sleep. She also runs back to it if something scares or annoys her. Her adopter will need to have a place for her to use this condo for a while, until she gets accustomed to her new surroundings. Ivory has a couple of health issues that require occasional attention. The veterinarian has recommended that she eat sensitive skin & stomach food, because she has a sensitivity that can cause her to get ear infections. She requires prescription ear drops about every 6 weeks. The sensitivity has also caused some dental issues which will require a dental every 2 years with the possibility of extractions being necessary over the course of he life. She will nip at you when trimming her nails, so we recommend having a professional do that. Due to Ivory's health issues and behavioral quirks, we are searching for the perfect sanctuary home for her.
