Meet Sammy, aka Mr Purr-A-Lot , aka Mr Play -a-Lot - and please, only consider adopting him if your ears can stand a lot of purring! Abandoned when his people moved off and left him, the day he was trapped (because he was so scared, and couldn't trust to come near me) he started purring the minute he felt a hand on him.
This boy was abandoned by neighbors, so I know his age is 6-8 months old. (they brought him home this past summer at age 3 months) He is one big boy - when he grows up, Sammy will be one of those huge sappy lap cats - the kind that just wants to be held and combed and petted and loved! He is incredibly social, wants to be with the other cats, and I believe he would do well with children. He is currently in a large cage and just plays and plays and plays... occasionally he is out with my cats, and just is dying for them to accept him and PLAY!
If you are just looking for an all-round nice cat, this is your boy. He is neutered , viral tested negative for leukemia and FIV, fully vaccinated, wormed and deflea'd - he is ready to go!
