Are you looking for a roommate that sits on the sofa all day and doesn’t pay rent? That looks out the window and judges all the neighbors? That stares at you until you wake up? Then you’re looking for a cat! And Sambuca is a cat! Sambuca is our basic model cat, that due to a printing error at the cat factory has a coat that is both tabby and tortoiseshell. Our marketing department is calling it “torbie”. Sambuca is self-cleaning, litter box trained, playful, and snuggly. She folds up easily into a loaf, but can also do a big stretch. Sambuca knows her name and she will absolutely not come when you call it. So feel free to call her whatever you want! All kidding aside, Sambuca has been in foster for almost 2 years and we don’t know why this lovely lady is being overlooked. Sambuca prefers a home with no other cats or dogs because they are too much drama for her. She absolutely would be happy with simply a warm human, a window for bird watching, and some yummy food. Please consider this most excellent of roommates for your home. She tested negative for FIV/FELV, is microchipped, spayed and is current with vetting. Sambuca is currently in a foster home.
