Don’t let the feisty name fool you, Roxanne is as low-key and quiet as you could possible want. Due to a medical condition as a kitten, her right eye will irritate when under stress (please ask us about it, so we can explain). Roxanne is an independent girl and doesn’t ask much – just the basics: feed her, love her and maybe give her a sunny spot at the window. Roxanne came to the shelter with two “little sisters” due to severe allergies in the family. ROXANNE HAS AN ADOPTION PENDING.
