In October 2022, when they were about seven weeks of age, Rosebud and her sister Buttercup were rescued from life on the streets. Meaning until rescue, they had no human contact. Something they still are learning to accept and enjoy.
Receptive to their new indoor life of safety and luxury, Buttercup has acclimated to foster family, including dogs, and other cats; both girls love other cats. Both girls love to run and chase and play with the other fosters and resident cats and even my cat-loving dog.
Both girl are shy, (Rosebud more so than Buttercup), they also are gentle and calm.
Of the two, Rosebud is shier. She prefers to stay quiet and draw no attention to herself. However, she does allow me to approach and pet her and pick her up. To build her confidence and trust in me, I hand feed her puree treats (https://fussiecat.com/puree-oceanfish/) -meaning it is her choice to approach me for the treat-and she does quite enjoy this experience.
Despite her shyness, she does display affection and curiosity towards her surroundings and the people around her. With patience, love, and encouragement, she can gradually learn to feel more comfortable and confident.
In mid 2023, Evie who, as a kitten, was rescued from a construction site, joined and is now forever bonded to the two sisters.
Their ideal situation is
-In a quiet, stable, routine home
-With no young children and
-With an understanding, experienced cat person (s) who have both the time and interest to nature a bond with these three precious souls.
Earning their trust and love is priceless.
Please note that once in their new home, these kitties will need to slowly transition from a small space and then progress to the entire home.

A tall order: Rosebud, Buttercup and Evie will be adopted together to a strictly indoor home.
