My Story

Ringo is one of a litter of six boys born around 3/3/2023. He is very handsome, white, long haired cat with blue eyes. Ringo is deaf. Ringo and John's adopter had a change in living circumstances and we were happy to be able to welcome this wonderful pair of boys back. Ringo and his brother John are a bonded pair and must be adopted together. John serves as a resource for Ringo. When John hears something going on his reaction alerts Ringo and helps him immensely. While he has not seen a vet through ACAT it is not uncommon for white cats with blue eyes to be deaf so his deafness isn't entirely unexpected. No matter the time of day Ringo loves to snuggle! Ringo is the calm and collected brother to the sweet and playful John. These gorgeous boys are ready to find a forever home! Ringo is a laid-back kitty who enjoys the simple pleasures in life. He loves lounging in sunny spots, watching cat TV, and curling up for cozy naps. With his gentle and affectionate nature, Ringo is the perfect companion for a peaceful and loving home. For the past year his lone kitty companion has been his brother John. Now that these wonderful boys are back in foster care we have continued with a few things we started when he was a kitten to help him know what to expect from the people in his life. If he's asleep and doesn't wake when we approach him we'll tap whatever furniture he is sleeping on. When he feels the vibration it wakes him up. If he's on the floor and we are going to pick him up, we tap a foot. This way he knows to expect something. This makes him more comfortable because none of our moves are a surprise. Ringo is current on his annual leukemia and viral vaccinations and has been dewormed. He is also neutered and vaccinated for rabies. He was tested negative for feline leukemia and is also microchipped. For more information on Ringo and his brother John, please complete a pre adoption application.
