Sometimes a cat can surprise you. Ranger has been with us almost two years and we weren't sure if he was ever going let us in. Ranger has been through some stuff that has caused him to build a tough exterior built of distrust and anger.
However, he has started to let a couple of us in and show us his sweet side we had no idea he even had! The select few have been able to pet him, play with him and even have him lay next to us in the hallway.
We still believe that Ranger would be the happiest in a working barn, where he can be both a hunter (in which he loves) but also get the attention he has shown that he loves and deserves as well.
