Unfortunately for Rain Cloud, his owner recently passed away. He came to us with Scooter Ann, Catori, and Tiger. Although the 4 cats are confused by their new home (Tulsa SPCA), they were having a rough time prior to their relocation. When their former owner went into the hospital, friends were checking on the kitties. The owner never made it home and her friends were at a loss as what to do. So these babies had been left alone for a long time as utilities were shut down. Rain Cloud is hungry for love and craves affection. He is a social guy that will greet you at the door. Rain Cloud is hoping his new home will include people, utilities, and lots of love.
