In April of 2023 a young couple noticed a very friendly cat (Rain) hanging around their yard and began feeding her. She sheltered in a shed on the property and when they investigated, they found she had given birth to three kittens. After a couple weeks, they contacted AHKR and we took them in. The kittens were adopted long ago, and Rain has been waiting over a year for someone to love her. Although Rain isn't what you'd call a "lap cat", she is very friendly and loves attention.
Rain is spayed, up-to-date on vaccinations (distemper and rabies), dewormed, tested negative for Feline Leukemia/FIV and micro-chipped.
