Punky is a 5 year old light orange tabby who came to the shelter in late June 2009. He was surrendered to us, along with his friend Widget (a 5 year old orange/brown tabby), because his original owners developed severe cat allergies. Punky is a very sweet and mild mannered fellow who is sporting a few extra pounds. He is very friendly, loves being petted and doesn't mind being held. According to his original owner Punky absolutely loved the family dog, and they often played together! He is just a big, lovable and quiet guy who enjoys affection and taking cat naps on the couch.
