Hi, my name is Punkin.
I first came to TALGV back in 2006, when my family decided to go their separate ways and sadly, I didn’t fit into either of their new lives. I was then adopted by a wonderful older couple, and have been as happy as can be for four years, but now they both must move into an assisted living place that doesn’t allow friends of the four-legged kind. My people said that I am an indoor cat (I’m DECLAWED, so that’s a must!), I’m friendly and sociable (sometimes a bit shy at first, but I warm up quickly), I am a good eater (I like both dry and canned food please). I am a beautifully-marked, calico lady who is now 12½ years old and in perfect health. Back in my first home, I lived with another cat and even a couple of canines, so maybe I’d get along with another housemate again (although I must admit I kind of liked being top cat!). I love to be with my people, and to sit in windows and watch the world go by, so if you have room in your heart and home for me, I promise to be a source of pleasure for quite a few more years.
