Pounce-Adopted!

Pounce is slowly coming around and getting use to his new home. He is being given the time he needs to adjust and come out on his own. Thanks to his new owner for giving him a chance and waiting for Pounce to come out on his terms.

Looking for a loving yet playful cat? Look no further, Pounce is the kitty for you. He loves to play and chase his toys around and he loves to play with the other cats. He is great with other kitties and doesn't seem to be too bothered by dogs. He would make a great addition to anyone's home.

Pounce recently had some issues where he was unable to use his hind legs properly. We took him to the vet and she did lots of blood tests to rule out any medical issues he may have. Everything came back great and he is doing much better now.

We do believe Pounce may have encountered someone who abused him early on in life which resulted in some minor head trauma. He is perfectly fine except every once in awhile he twitches and shakes for a few seconds. We believe this was either from being hit or kicked when he was a kitten. Despite the trauma he endured early on in life he is a very sweet cat and loves the company of other cats. Please help Pounce find the home he deserves this time around. He loves people and would make a great addition to your family.

Pounce arrived in foster care on 12/6/07. He was shy and confused at first but now his true colors are coming out. His previous owners had him since he was born and decided that when she moved she didn't want to take any of the 14 cats she had. Pounce is coming out of his shell each day and we are able to see the friendly outgoing cat that he is.

Pounce has Maine Coon in him. He has big huge paws and the tufts coming out of his ears along with the typical puffy tail. He loves to be petted and doesn't seem to mind his belly rubbed. Once he adjusts to his new foster home, we are sure he will be back to his normal self. He's just confused as to why his previous owner didn't want him anymore. Please help us find Pounce the home he deserves. He'd love to spend the Holidays with his new family.

Pounce will be arriving into our rescue within the next few days. His owner is moving next weekend and needs to find home for 4 remaining cats. We decided to help Pounce and try and find him a good home in time for the Holidays.

Pounce is estimated to be about 8-10 months old. He seems to have some Maine Coon in him as he has the tufts coming out of his ears and paws and has the typical fluffy tail. He is already neutered, vaccinated and negative for FeLV and FIV. He is good with other cats as he has lived with other felines all his life.

Pounce is very outgoing and would love a second chance at a home where he will be loved for the rest of his life. Please help us find Pounce a home and maybe we can help the other cats that are in need of foster care.

All cats are up to date on vaccinations, dewormed, tested for FeLV and FIV, and are spayed or neutered if they are 5 months of age or older. Kittens adopted under the age of 5 months will come back to Itty Bitty Kitty, Inc. to be spayed or neutered as part of our adoption agreement. All adopters receive a 4lb bag of Science Diet dry food along with an adoption goodie bag for the cat or kitten they adopt.

All of this care is included in our adoption fee of only $75.00!
