My Story

Potsy is a domestic short hair white with grey spot's female born in 6/2006. Potsy has been a joy to have in her foster home. She is a very delicate kitty with a very tender heart. There are no words to express how much she loves to be brushed. She arch's her back and gives you kisses with her nose as you brush her. She also likes to sleep in a bed right next to the window and soak up the sun. Potsy came to the Bingham County Humane Society after a concerned Walmart employee contacted us to see if we could foster Potsy and her babies and find them homes. Potsy came to us very under weight likely due to the fact that she was nursing and she had been living in the Walmart parking lot getting food only who know's how often. She had two babies in a pot in the Walmart Garden Center so we named her Potsy and her two kittens Wally and Marty. Potsy is now back up to a healthy weight. She will be a cuddly companion and you won't regret inviting her into your home. I don't know how well she will do with children as she has not been around them but she seem's to trust adult's well...especially if they have a brush in their hand. Potsy get's along well with the dog's in her foster home as long as they don't chase her. Potsy would like a quieter mostly indoor home out of the extreme Idaho weather. She will only be adopted to a home that will go outside with her if she does want to go outside. Will you offer her a new forever home? If you adopt Potsy, you must agree to keep her vaccinated annually. Please take into consideration before adopting any pet that with owning a pet comes great financial responsibility that you must be prepared for at all times. Potsy is litter box trained & looking for her forever home. If you would like to see Potsy or get more information contact the Bingham County Humane Society answering machine at (208)680-3881 and leave a message asking for Shantel's foster Potsy.
