Popeye was rescued from SEAACA and as a sick little kitten, he had to be quarantined for quite some time. Through this process, he would flirt & eventually fell in love with his kennel neighbor Olive Oyl. Those two definitely share a special bond and will make a great pair for any home. Popeye can be a little wary at first but he's definitely got that orange kitty quirkiness. He has a small little kink at the end of his tail that he was likely born with and it doesn't even seem to faze him. He'd love a home where he can run around and play, especially with his buddy, Olive.
