Popcorn

Popcorn is very laid back, gentlemanly and initially shy. He prefers not to run up to his human right away but rather will sit back and watch what the human does. He has learned to communicate his readiness to engage via nose to fingertip touch. Once he feels comfortable with his human, those nose/fingertip touches happen more frequently and his playful side emerges. He loves his wand toys but is very gentle when trying to catch it. He enjoys electronic toys; especially ones where a moving object is inside of a box where he had to reach in to play with it. If playing with a higher energy kitten/cat, he tends to sit back and watch and let the other kitten/cat dominate play. He prefers creamy Churu treats on his human's finger or palm rather than straight from the package opening and he has a very soft mouth when taking treats from the hand. Slow and steady is the name of the game with Popcorn. Try to engage or give him scratches too quickly and he will sit back and wait to engage later. He will do very well as an only kitten in the home or paired with a lower energy kitten/cat. Popcorn is a quiet gentleman with a playful side once he's comfortable with his human.
