SPECIAL NEEDS CAT Pierette is over a year old and has a growth around her esophagus. The doctors don't think there is much to be done for her so GHP wants her to have a nice quiet peaceful rest of her life however long that is. She needs to be an only but her home right now has many other cats. Pierette is a big bundle of love - and I do mean big! She is afraid of other cats so would do better in a home where she can be your one-and-only. She is snuggly at home, but does not show particularly well at adoptions because she gets scared. If you'd like to see how great Pierette is but aren't sure how well she will do in your home, ask us about a trial. She requires frequent small feedings. We are NOT feeding her special food. Just whatever food she likes. She was put in fospice in 2020 but her foster mom can no longer keep her.
