Pia was surrendered to ROAR due to owner allergies, sadly, an all too common reason for having to surrender a beloved pet. Pia is very outgoing and is very good with other cats. She loves nothing more than a good back scratch… Pia needs to be indoors only, as this poor girl has been declawed.
