Phoenix is a very goofy and sweet boy. He loves to play and will often try to jump out to scare you. He loves dogs and the other cats in his foster home. After lots of playing he will cuddle up in your lap for a nap!
Phoenix is a special needs kitten. He was diagnosed with a grade 3 heart murmur and pectus excavatum. He most likely would need to surgery to correct his pectus excavatum.
