We know Phoebe had a hard past and can be a little bit quirky, which is what we love about her! Our Phoebe needs to take things slowly, if she’s not given her space to adjust, she will never be able to warm up to someone. Here at the shelter she has been improving, growing her confidence, and being very vocal about wanting attention.
The ideal home for Phoebe would understand her need for space until she’s comfortable. Having no young children or dogs would help her adjust faster, as well as having another cat friend to play with!
