Phish can be a little shy at first, but once he warms up, you will not believe the purrs this little boy puts out. He loves to run, play, and eat with his foster siblings. Sometimes I think Phish's favorite pastime is eating. He would do best in a home with a fellow foster sibling or another friend to keep him company and help give him the confidence he needs to grow into an amazing boy.
