Phantom is a sweet 2-year old male kitty who was brought to the HSOV on July 2, 2024 after he had been abandoned in his family's apartment after they moved away. Phantom was accompanied by a handsome orange tabby kitty (Osiris) who is most likely his brother.
Phantom has a gray short smooth coat, a tail, and a handsome chubby face with dark golden eyes, a gray velvet nose, and long gray whiskers.
Phantom appeared to have a quiet, rather shy, personality and was content to continue his afternoon catnap in his stainless steel litterbox while we snapped preliminary photos on July 4, 2024. Many shelter cats seem to take solace snuggled up in those pans since they give a sense of security. Within a few days, Phantom was coming to the door of his cage for attention which makes us happy (smile).
Phantom was given vaccinations, wormer, and flea treatment on July 9, 2024. He weighed 9.4 lbs that day.
Phantom has already been neutered, so he could leave our shelter immediately with an approved HSOV adoption application. We would love to see him find another home with his best friend/brother Osiris.
