Hi, I'm Pepper! I was found in the Bronx In a rainstorm. I actually was pregnant and Second Chance Rescue was kind enough to let me give birth indoors! I'm very sweet and mellow, and I politely "chirp" when I want my foster Mom's attention--I will sometimes lift my arms up to her when she's working to let her know I need a hug. Pets and cuddles are my favorite things, and I love string toys the most and get my exercise by chasing feather toys from room to room. I'm only a year old and am ready to add some spice to someone's life!
