My Story

This fluffy little lady is Penny! She came into the shelter with her sister, so scared and sassy! Penny spent some time in a foster home learning how to navigate this human centric world. She's still on the fearful side and will likely do best with older kids in a quieter home. But she's starting to come out of her shell and be the playful and curious kitten we know she can be! Penny will need continued socialization in her new home and would likely benefit from having a social resident cat to learn from and have someone to snuggle with even when she's not feeling sure of the people around her. Keep in mind: Penny is a very fluffy kitten that will likely need some brushing to prevent any painful matting! Plus side: Brushing can be a wonderful bonding and socializing experience!
