Ozzy was found living outside of a local store here in town. He is very scared but will at times allow us to pet his head. Handling him is put of the question. We believe that he is semi feral but with a lot of time and patience he might turn into a great house cat. Ozzy might just feel the most comfortable living outdoors as a barn cat. With all outdoor cats, a shelter is required, as well with daily food and water. Ozzy is neutered and up to date on vet care.
