Otto is part of the 12 we took in from Newport Twp. Their caretaker abruptly stopped caring for them when the Township fined her. Otto is very sweet and playful. He's still learning what the inside life is all about. So with any rescue, he will need patience, love, guidance and consistency. He is also known for giving love bites, so being around young children I do not recommend. If you are looking for a duo, he would do wonderful with his sister June-Bug.
