Meet Otis! Born May 2024 Otis is a playful and energetic kitten. He loves playing with his siblings and will let them lead him around since he can only see shadows but his lack of vision doesn't slow him down! His favorite time is meal time or treats! When he settles down from playing he loves to sleep in your lap. Otis has corneal scarring, symblepharon and eye lid agenisis from eye infections as a baby. Otiss vision is affected and he can only see shadows. After the application is approved you can meet him in his fosters home.
