Meet dear sweet Oscar, a foster of our organization found Oscar outside of her home. She fed him for a few days to see if he would go back to his home and he stuck around.
Since he stuck around she took him in and was going to give him the care he needed. Upon being fixed we combo tested and he did test positive for FIV. BUT FIV Cats can live long and happy lives along side of negative cats as long as they do not fight hard enough to draw blood. He is currently healthy as ever you would never know that he had FIV and he could live in a home that way!
There is nothing to be scared of!
He is a great kitty. He gets along well with other cats. We do believe he is rather young - about 3-4 years old.
Fixed, vaccinated, dewormed and flea treated!
