Have you always wanted a cat that talks to you nonstop? Like seriously is never quiet? Then meet Oscar! This incredibly vocal guy was found as a stray. He won the hearts of everyone at the shelter, and chatted to his foster mom so much that she had to take him home. He is currently living with 2 other cats, 2 dogs, and a bird. He gets along with the cats mostly, and would do well with another playful cat. He tolerates the dogs, although does tend to smack them a bit, so if he lived with a dog, they would have to be super tolerant. He even does okay with the bird (under supervision), and knows that he's not supposed to touch her. He is an incredibly sweet boy, and likes to sleep on your chest. He has never met a stranger. He is also an absolute PEST and gets into everything. Don't like washing dirty dishes? No problem, he'll lick them clean! Need help cooking? He'll be your taste tester! He also likes to play with the running water in the sink. Medically, he is up to date on vaccines, neutered, and even had surgery on his eyes to repair entropion (his bottom eyelashes were rubbing against his eyes).
