Say hello to Oscar! Oscar recently made his way to our shelter and we are still learning more about him! He is considered a Special Care animal due to having a chronic upper raspatory infection (URI). He will likely always have some symptoms and will need occasional treatment with a private veterinarian. It may be transferable to other cats, so he would likely need to be with another cat who has a chronic URI if adopted to a multi cat home.
