Oscar and his siblings were born in foster care after their pregnant momma was surrendered to HART. He is sweet & playful. He loves playing with his brother Fritz. He and Fritz have bonded and need to be adopted together.
All HART kittens and cats are vet checked, combo tested, spayed or neutered, up to date on all vaccines, microchipped, and on flea and tick preventative.
