Ophelia

Born last June, 2023, Ophelia had a rough start in life. She came into foster care as a sick kitten, and almost succumbed to a serious upper respiratory infection and pneumonia. Needless to say, having to deal with abandonment, then strange surroundings and illness, Ophelia was frightened and shy, and she struggled to get well for some time. But now Ophelia is well! Ophelia has the cutest little chubby yet delicate face and will capture your heart! Ophelia is still a little shy, but she will meow for attention and loves to be petted! She just needs a little patience to trust her person and a gentle touch, and with that accomplished, Ophelia is eager to give a lifetime of love to someone! We think she would do best in a quieter household. Ophelia has done well with other cats in her foster home, This special girl deserves a chance at happiness, and is looking for a very special someone to be her new best friend. Please ask about her! We suggest if you’re interested in a cat, especially small kittens, please submit ASAP as they get adopted quickly. Buckeye Pet Partners has a 5-year partnership with PetSmart Charities, Best Friends Animal Sanctuary, and Ohio Pet Funds. All of our cats are completely vetted and litterbox trained. All animals live in a pet and kid friendly foster home before going up for adoption. The health of our animals physically and mentally are our top priority. BPP strives to place animals in great homes efficiently to ensure less stress on the animal. 90 percent of our cats are adopted out within 3 months or less and we have a 1 percent return rate after adoption. We approve applications within 48 hours and ask finalization in most cases to happen within two days of approval. All of our animals come with medical records given at time of adoption. We offer a 14-day money back trial to ensure a good fit for the animal and family, and we offer a lifetime return if for any reason you are unable to care for one of our pets in the future.
