Opal is a combination of lovable and independent. She’s a friendly two-year-old girl with the most expressive eyes who loves to be near her people. A sweet and affectionate girl, Opal loves lots of attention and pets, and while she may not be on your lap, she will always be close by. And she’s polydactyl, so he has extra toes! Opal will be the first to greet you when you come home and loves to chat and listen as you tell her about your day. Opal is a playful girl who shows more interest in toys that squeak or have a crunchy sound. But wand toys will always come a close second! Opal loves her food and has a real fondness for turkey treats! She enjoys snuggling up and sleeping on clothes, so you might find hair on your favourite pants if you don’t put them away. Sleeping in places where she can see you means that Opal will always be close by! When she needs some alone time, Opal loves to spend hours looking out the window. A home with big, bright windows to watch the birds and squirrels outside would be ideal for her! Opal has not been exposed to other cats or dogs with us, but she would love a home with someone around often to keep her company. Opal came to us as a pregnant stray. She was a great mom to her kittens, but now she’s ready to start her new life in her forever home at last. Sweet, affectionate Opal.
