My Story
Meet Oliver and S'Mores, a pair of kitten siblings! They are approximately 3 months old.
Oliver is a handsome domestic shorthair cap-and-saddle piebald with medium-grade white spotting who loves to chase and tumble with his sisters, climb even though he’s not a great jumper (and not very good at landing on his feet), and curl up to sleep on or beside you or his sisters (he’s the sleepiest out of his siblings). I like to say that he’s already the perfect house cat because he was the first to use the scratching post, the first to drink water instead of milk or formula, and he sits still and patient whenever I remove the gunk from his eyes.
S’mores is an energetic, bold, and talkative shorthair van calico, who is mostly white except for her tail and spots around her ears who loves to nestle up to your neck and shoulders, nap on piles of clean laundry, and zoom around with her siblings after a long day of resting. She was named for her orange (graham cracker), black (chocolate), and white (marshmallow) markings!
Both of them enjoy chowing down on their Fancy Feast kitten wet food (but they are far from picky eaters; they’ll literally eat/chew on anything, so as with any kitten, be watchful around houseplants, small, ingestible items, and people food) and playing with small balls, toy mice, tunnels, ball tracks, and of course, Go Cat’s Da Fur Thing and Da Bird feather teaser.
These two love to purr any chance they get, like when you enter their room, when they’re eating, while being petted, while being played with, when falling asleep, etc. So, basically, they’re always purring!
Together, they make a duo of lovable purrfaces with so much energy for adventure, play, and affection in search of their forever home!
What Oliver and S'Mores are looking for in a home:
- They have lots of kitten energy and will benefit from plenty of active playtime.
- They feel at ease in a quiet and calm environment.
- They need to live indoors only.
- They have a positive history with other cats and may like having a feline friend close to their age.
- They have no history with dogs.
- They have no history with children. They do, however, like to bite when playing, as most kittens do, and will sometimes be more interested in catching my hands or feet than the toys held in them, so it is important to be mindful of that around children.
They are very social, very happy, and very ready for their new home!
All Alley Cat Projects cats are spayed/neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated prior to adoption.
