Olive was about to be thrown outside because her family thought bringing her home as a feral at 6 weeks old was saving her life. They locked her in a bathroom for 18 months and never vetted her. When having her in a bathroom became inconvenient, they threatened to throw her outside (not spayed). IndyClaw of course took her in and have shown her love and how to be a cat!
Olive has now been spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. Her personality and trust towards humans has greatly improved. Once she is trusting of you, she will greet you and follow you around. Due to her past, she is an independent girl who doesn't like to be picked up. She likes to mind her own business. She is curious and wants to be around what is going on, but on her own terms. She needs to be in a home with older children or no children who can respect her wishes.
