Sweet little Ocean needs a loving home.
He is a small guy who beat the odds with a lot of dedicated care and great vets.
He is neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, had a flea preventive and is doing great. He needs to be an only kitty or live with a very chill other kitty who will ignore his hissing and bully ways :)
